Dr. Williams was born, raised and educated in Akron. He attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his surgical training at Summa Akron City Hospital. He has been in practice for 36 years and has special interests in breast cancer, hernia surgery and gallbladder surgery. He has served as president of several local, regional and national surgical organizations and is currently chief of the division of general surgery at Summa Akron City and St. Thomas Hospitals.
