Time: Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm
Cost: $50 per participant; If a full 5 person relay team signs up, $10 discount per participant (for Zero to Relay Program only)
Programs
- Zero to Relay
- 5K to Half Marathon
- 10K to Marathon
Each Program Includes:
- 10 week training program
- bi-weekly group sessions at Summa Wellness Institute in Hudson OH / or running part of the Akron Marathon Course
- balance program including education and all components of fitness
