This daytime alternative to nursing home and homecare services at Summa Health System is for older adults living at home. We are staffed by healthcare professionals with experience in the special needs of older adults and the elderly. Our program provides nursing services, medication administration, healthy meals and snacks, personal care, massage therapy, exercise, activities, access to transportation services, and much more.
New Horizons is located within Summa Western Reserve Hospital. This unique arrangement enables us to provide immediate medical care should a situation arise that requires medical attention. Services also include nutritious meals and organized therapeutic activities.
