Nicotine-free hiring policy
Because it’s important for healthcare providers to promote a healthy environment and lifestyle, Summa Health System has a nicotine-free hiring policy. Newly hired employees are tested for nicotine as part of a pre-employment panel of medical tests. Summa Health System will not hire applicants who test positive for nicotine use.

Note: PeopleSoft HRMS will be unavailable due to system maintenance beginning August 4, 2010 from 5pm through August 5, 2010 at 6 a.m.  All self-service will be unavailable (Career opportunites, benefits, etc).
