The Summa Center for Diabetes Care is a resource for people who are learning to live with diabetes. The center provides the tools people with diabetes need to control their blood sugar through diet, exercise and healthy living.
Recognized for Excellence
The Summa Center for Diabetes Care has been approved and recognized for excellence by the American Diabetes Association, the Ohio Community Diabetes Control Program and the Ohio Department of Health. Located on Summa's St. Thomas Hospital Campus, the center's primary function is to provide education to people newly diagnosed with diabetes or people who have been living with the disease but need to gain better control of their blood sugar.
