Summa Health Center at Lake Anna

The Summa Health Center at Lake Anna provides a warm and caring atmosphere for outpatient physical rehabilitation treatment. In addition to the latest equipment, the Summa Health Center at Lake Anna features an onsite climate-controlled therapy pool. The warm water environment is excellent for the treatment of conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, and lower back pain.

With a fully licensed staff, we are skilled in working with a variety of orthopedic and neurologic clients (adolescents to geriatrics). We work with your physician and you to develop a customized rehabilitation program using occupational, hand and/or physical therapy.

Our Body Age Assessment is a new way of showing you how healthy you can be. It considers a number of health and fitness markers, including strength, flexibility, percentage of body fat, nutrition and cardiovascular health to calculate your body fitness. It takes less than one hour to complete the assessment and can be customized to your specific fitness level. If desired, a certified athletic trainer is available to review your results and answer any questions.
