Life After Stroke provides a forum for stroke survivors and their families to share ideas and solve problems after stroke. A health professional from Summa’s rehabilitation staff facilitates each meeting, with community speakers lending their expertise on successful living after a stroke. Please join our group to receive:
- Information related to post-stroke concerns and stroke prevention
- Opportunities to discuss experiences in a supportive setting
- Healthy coping strategies to improve quality of life
The meetings are held the second Friday of every month, from 10 a.m. - Noon at:
