Summa Cardiovascular Institute offers several outpatient heart programs which provide support, education and assistance with treatment regimen adherence for patients who are diagnosed with a cardiovascular condition, including heart failure, heart attack, stroke, blood clot (thrombus, embolism) and heart disease.
Programs include:
