New Horizon's Adult Day Services

New Horizons Adult Day Services offers something priceless to anyone caring for an older adult: peace of mind. For patients who require supervision and whose caregiver cannot be available all day or may need some assistance from time to time, adult day care may be the best option.

New Horizons’ goal is to improve each guest’s quality of life by maximizing his/her independence while maintaining or improving each person’s current level of functioning. Each guest receives excellent care in an ideal setting at two convenient locations in Summa Western Reserve Hospital. Each site offers daily activities designed by a recreational therapist to foster socialization, peer interaction and physical/mental stimulation in each patient.

New Horizons’ program allows caregivers to know that while they are on the job or taking care of personal matters, their loved one is receiving high quality care in a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment.
