Dr. Slezak is an honored graduate of both The University of Akron and The Ohio State University. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha in his second year of medical school. Dr. Slezak is board certified in both General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery with primary interests in colon and rectal cancer, anorectal disease, colonoscopy and hereditary colorectal cancer syndromes. He earned his master's degree in Healthcare Business Administration from Kent State University. His hobby is music and he is a proud three-time first place winner of United Way of Summit County's “Docs Who Rock.”
