In observation of National Start! Walking Day on April 6, Summa Health System executives will be leading groups of employees on walks around the campuses of Summa Akron City, St. Thomas, Barberton and Wadsworth-Rittman Hospitals. Employees at these facilities are being encouraged to wear sneakers to work on April 6 and to continue on the path of exercise and wellness after the walk.

Summa Barberton Hospital - 1:30 p.m. with Don Argiro, Human Resources Manager. Walk begins at Parkview Center. Employees walking throughout the day.
Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital - 1:30 p.m. with Tom DeBord, President of Summa Wadsworth-Rittman and Barberton Hospitals. Walk begins in Therapy Services. Employees walking throughout the day.
