Are you beginning to look at colleges with your high school student? Would you like to learn more about regional colleges and universities and financial aid options? Bring your high school student to Summa Health System’s free College Information Fair. Several regional colleges and admissions counselors will be present to answer questions, including those from Cleveland State University, University of Akron, Ursuline College, Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), and Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), to name a few.
In addition to information booths, admission counselors will lead breakout sessions on the college admission process at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., and one on financial aid programs at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
College is an important decision for high school students and their parents/guardians. Having the resources to better understand what colleges are available in the region, how the admission process works and financial aid options are important factors when applying and deciding on a college or university.
