Summa Wellness Institute - We offer top of the line exercise equipment, fitness programs and assorted classes to our members. As a member you have unlimited access to the indoor walk/jog track, pools, full gym and all strength and cardio equipment. Just This Program - Our one-to-one professional weight-loss coaching, teams you up with a Registered Dietician who

Surgical Management Program - If you have a
Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 40 kg/m2 or have a BMI of 35 to
39.9 kg/m2 and medical problems such as diabetes, heart disease or
sleep apnea you might be eligible for bariatric surgery. Use our BMI calculator to find out your BMI.
Medical Management Program - This is a
six-month "non-surgical" approach to weight loss and for patients who
either do not meet all of the criteria necessary to qualify for surgery. Our goal
is to achieve weight loss through exercise, education, support and life-long
modification of eating habits.
Behavioral Management Program - Our board-certified psychologists provide a safe, supportive environment that
helps you recognize eating patterns and make behavior modifications to achieve
weight loss through a tailored and individualized approach.
