High-Quality Lung Cancer Screenings With Low-Dose CT
Finding lung cancer early gives you more options for treatment and a better chance at overcoming the disease. Summa Health lung specialists are recognized by the GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer as a Screening Center of Excellence for our commitment to high-quality low-dose CT screenings.
You qualify for screening if you meet the following criteria:
- Are 50 - 80 years old
- Currently smoke or have quit within the last 15 years
- Hava a 20-pack-year smoking history (a pack a day for 20 years, two packs a day for 10 years, etc.)
- Have no lung cancer symptoms

Care for Lung Nodules After Low-Dose CT
The Summa Health Lung Nodule Clinic team will evaluate the results of your low-dose CT scan. If your scan reveals lung nodules (or mass), our team will recommend next steps, whether that involves extra testing or a biopsy (tissue sample).
