Life After Stroke provides a forum for stroke survivors and their families to share ideas and solve problems after stroke. A health professional from Summa’s rehabilitation staff facilitates each meeting, with community speakers lending their expertise on successful living after a stroke. Please join our group to receive:

  • Information related to post-stroke concerns and stroke prevention
  • Opportunities to discuss experiences in a supportive setting
  • Healthy coping strategies to improve quality of life

The meetings are currently being held the second Wednesday of every month via Zoom call, with limited in-person available.

Please email Sarah Netro at SRHStrokeGroup@gmail.com to have the Zoom link sent to you. She is happy to answer any questions you may have for yourself or a potential group participant.

You can also feel free to call our main number and be directed from there, 330.572.7300.
