Yoga for Labor and Delivery

In this 3 hour workshop, we will dive into the yogic philosophy of the mind-body-spirit connection as you prepare to be fully present for your labor and delivery experience.

We will discuss and explore:

• Two pillows
• Two blankets
• Yoga mat (if you have one)
• An open mind! 

Summa is continuously reviewing our programs in conjunction with the CDC guidelines and recommendations to keep our community and patients safe and healthy.

With the community level as Moderate, participants are not mandated to wear a mask. 

Individuals who have pre-existing conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, the elderly, pregnancy, and immunocompromised status, etc., and individuals who are unvaccinated or not up to date with vaccines places one at greater risk of acquiring/transmitting the disease. We recommend masking and social distancing with any event.  

Anyone with any of the following symptoms are not permitted to come:

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Difficulty breathing
• Chills
• Headache
• Sore throat
• Loss of taste or smell

Fee: $25.00 per couple, only one name per couple needs to register. 

Please notify us at least one business day prior to the course regarding schedule changes. A $10 processing fee will be incurred for cancellations made less than one business day prior to class and will be deducted from any refund amount due.

Failure to attend the class will forfeit the class fee.
