Inaugural Summa Health Sleep Symposium
On November 9, 2024, Summa Health’s sleep medicine team participated in an informative half-day focused on the symptoms of sleep disorders, treatment options and innovations, and multidisciplinary care. Our board-certified sleep medicine specialists use their vast experience, the latest research and technology, and advances in clinically proven sleep medicine to support the health and well-being of the patients we serve.
Our board-certified sleep medicine specialists shared information about:
- The signs and symptoms of common sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia and narcolepsy.
- Treatments for obstructive sleep apnea, including CPAP therapy, hypoglossal nerve stimulation and alternative options.
- Pharmacological and behavioral approaches to patients with insomnia.
