AKRON, Ohio, Nov. 28, 2011 –
Summa Health System will host “Sharing the Season”, a multicultural celebration of observances, throughout December at several of the system’s hospitals. The employee-only event focuses on the meaning of religious, cultural and national observances, and allows employees to experience cultural traditions and cuisines of various backgrounds and observances from around the world.
In addition to a series of activities and entertainment, employees may sample multi-ethnic foods including breakfast from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and afternoon snacks from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. at Summa Akron City Hospital and Summa Western Reserve Hospital.
