OB Triage Hospitalist – Akron, Ohio

Summa Health is seeking board certified OB Hospitalists to join our employed physician group. The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ physicians employed by the Summa Health System. The system had roughly 4900 deliveries in 2024 and we anticipate volumes will continue to rise.

Summa Health – headquartered in Akron, Ohio – is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience practicing OB/GYN
  • Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain
  • Experience and commitment to teaching and supervising residents and medical students is desired
  • Commitment to evidence-based, standardized care in a patient centered, team-based environment
