In addition to our own internal patient satisfaction measurement, we also participate in the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS program) which allows for public comparison of patient satisfaction rates across the state and nation. The following link (HCAHPS Compare Results) displays Summa Health System Hospitals compared to other healthcare providers in Northeastern Ohio.
