Members of The Circle of Women’s Health Philanthropists and their guests gathered for their Women’s Health Forum on Thursday, August 10, at Portage Country Club, to explore Summa Health resources, network and learn about The Circle’s mission to improve the overall health and well-being of women in the community.
A highlight of the evening was a panel discussion on healthy aging with Summa Health clinical experts from the Dr. Gary B. and Pamela S. Williams Center for Breast Health and the areas of cardiology, geriatric medicine and gynecology.
Circle chair Colleen O'Connor Wernig was honored for her years of dedicated service during extraordinary times. Following remarks from Colleen, members welcomed incoming chair Ginnie Abell, a longtime member of The Circle’s Marie Lawson Society and generous supporter of Summa Health.
The evening concluded with dessert and a great time of networking and information gathering.
