HCAHPS Patient Experience Survey
In addition to our internal patient satisfaction surveys, Summa Health participates in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey. This national survey measures patients' perspectives on their hospital experience and allows for public comparison of hospital performance across the state and country.
