We take this commitment seriously and continue to assess patient feedback regarding our performance through internal patient satisfaction surveys and measurements to identify any and all opportunities for improvement.
In addition to our own internal patient satisfaction measurement, we also participate in the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS program) which allows for public comparison of patient satisfaction rates across the state and nation.
