AKRON, Ohio, Oct. 26, 2021 – Summa Health announced today it received a 2021 Quality Award for its optimal use of information technology from the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired Program.
The program is aimed to elevate the health and care of communities through annual surveys that identify, recognize and certify usage of information technology in healthcare organizations. Results from the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired program are intended to drive change in the healthcare IT industry to improve patient safety and outcomes.
The Quality Award was presented to Summa for deploying strategies such as:
