Care Model?

A cancer diagnosis can be devastating to patients and families.
A rising incidence, advances in care and improving mortality leads
to an increasing impact of cancer on healthcare resources. Costs
associated with advances do not necessarily correlate with outcome.
Thus, focusing on value is extremely important.
