“My mission as a Clinical Chaplain is twofold: to help people mitigate meaningless suffering by helping them claim a path that honors their unique life. Providing spiritual care for patients, staff and our community begins with the conviction that our lives thrive in the presence and participation of loving and being loved. This generative approach nourishes the wounded heart by strengthening the spiritual qualities of trust, personal agency, and hope. I am regularly in awe of the infinite ways life presents and prevails. ‘Amore Fati!’”

When I enter a patient’s room, I’m fully present, offering comfort, connection and spiritual support. Each encounter is a sacred chance to be with someone in their most vulnerable moments. Whether through silence, prayer, grief or hope, I want them to know they’re not alone. This work is hard, but it’s exactly where I’m meant to be.”

At The Juve Family Behavioral Health Pavilion, I support patients, families and staff with presence, compassion and deep respect for the human spirit. I don't try to fix it, but to listen, to hold space, and to help others find strength and hope in their stories. Each day, I’m reminded that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.”
