Thoracic Multidisciplinary Clinic

At Summa Health, we know a cancer diagnosis can be frightening, perhaps even overwhelming. Your diagnosis may involve multiple specialists and treatment choices. Your options may include procedures and treatments that are not familiar to you, such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy and immunotherapy.

Thoracic cancers are in the lungs or chest region including: esophageal, thymus, lung and mesothelioma. Lung cancer is the most common type of thoracic cancer; it’s also the leading cause of cancer death among both males and females. At Summa Health, our team is working to improve the prognosis of lung cancer patients and we use the most advanced invasive and less invasive treatment options to fight cancer.
