Optimizing Mobility to Maintain Function for Age-Friendly Care

On October 15, 20204, staff members of Summa Health Complex Care Institute and other medical professionals participated in a day of discussion and inquiry. The symposium focused on cognitive health and decline; important considerations in the Mentation component of Age-Friendly Care, and lectures, panel discussions and interaction with community partners. 

This one-day educational event was designed for multidisciplinary care team members including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, case workers and administrators who care for older adults in their practice. 

This event was presented by Summa Health Senior Health, a division of the Summa Health Complex Care Institute.
