Come Bounce, Breathe, & Relax with Me

In this 2 1/2-hour workshop, we want to give you the skills to deliver without medical intervention.

The skills that you learn in this class will also help you throughout labor even if you do deliver with medical intervention.  You will enjoy all the practice time that comes with this class.

Prerequisite:  You must take the 1-day marathon, 2-evening or the 3 evening online prior to taking this class unless this is your 2nd baby

We will discuss and explore:

• Different non-pharmacological pain relief techniques for labor & common body aches felt with pregnancy
• Labor positions
• Breathing technique
• Relaxation techniques
• How to use a birth ball, peanut ball, and a CUB chair in labor

Recommended to bring:

• One bed pillow
• One blanket
• Yoga or exercise mat (if you have one)
• Wear comfortable clothes to get down on the floor and on a birth ball.

Fee: $25.00 per couple, only one name per couple when registering.

Please notify us at least one business day prior to the course regarding schedule changes. A $10 processing fee will be incurred for cancellations made less than one business day prior to class and will be deducted from any refund amount due.

Failure to attend the class will forfeit the class fee.
