The cancer registry is responsible for reporting every cancer case diagnosed and/or treated at Summa Health to the state and national databases. They collect data on the type of cancer, treatment given and follow-up for survival. The cancer registry is a repository of data that is available to Summa for research as well as development of programs for the support and care of our cancer patients.
