Please join staff members of Summa Health Complex Care Institute and other medical professionals for a day of discussion and inquiry. The symposium will focus on medication safety, appropriateness and person-centered prescribing for older adults by applying the Medication M of the 4Ms framework across clinical settings, disciplines and transitions of care. The event will include lectures, panel discussions and interaction with community partners.
This one-day educational event is designed for multidisciplinary care team members including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, case workers and administrators who care for older adults in their practice.
