Our 21st Annual Sports Medicine Symposium invites surgical and non-surgical physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, occupational therapists and other members of the sports medicine team to come together and discuss current issues. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
• Summa Health (BOC AP#: P632) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers (ATs). This program is eligible for a maximum of 6.50 hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours spent in the educational program.
• Summa Health is approved by the Athletic Trainers Section of the Ohio OTPTAT Board to issue 6.5 hours/CEUs (Approval Pending). This course meets with the mental health requirement for Ohio athletic training continuing education.
