Previously completed a rotation at Summa Health System

1. If you are returning for a surgical rotation, you may need to complete an OR orientation in Healthstream. Log into Healthstream and complete any outstanding tasks.
2. Review the directions for your specific rotation. All rotation directions are found here
3. Review the campus Parking Map
   1. Please park in the employee surface lots, I or H on the map.
   2. If you would like to pay to park in the parking deck, please click here and complete the form. Bring it and a check with you on your first day.
   3. If you have a badge, we do not validate parking.
4. Ensure you still have your Summa Health ID badge and send your barcode number to medicaleducation@summahealth.org.
   1. If you have lost your old ID badge, you will need to visit the ID office for a new one. Replacements cost $10.
   2. Be sure to e-mail your replacement ID's barcode to medicaleducation@summahealth.org.
