Resilience in Pink

A Breast Cancer Awareness Month Exhibition

October 1- October 31

Resilience in Pink honors the strength, courage, and lived experiences of individuals impacted by breast cancer. In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this exhibition brings together the voices of artists, survivors, caregivers, and allies to reflect on the many facets of the breast cancer journey.

Through painting, photography, digital work, and mixed media, these pieces explore themes of diagnosis, treatment, healing, survivorship, advocacy, and remembrance. Some works tell deeply personal stories. Others speak to shared experiences of support, community, and hope.

In a healthcare setting, art has the power to heal, connect, and uplift. We invite you to spend time with these works, to reflect, and to honor the resilience of those affected by breast cancer, whether through direct experience or by standing beside someone on the journey.

This exhibition is part of Summa Health’s ongoing Healing Arts program which seeks to create spaces of compassion and comfort for patients, families, caregivers, and staff.

Questions or to purchase, email Healing Arts HealingArts@summahealth.org.
