We encourage appointments. We accommodate same-day appointments and walk-ins to the best of our ability. Ask us about opportunities for groups.
Every effort will be made to fulfill your scheduled services; however, due to scheduling requirements, we cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate late arrivals.
All client reservations will be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within that 24 hour period, you will be responsible for 50% of the services reserved, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This fee helps us compensate and retain our talented professionals who rely on a booked schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
Under 16: Must have a parent present during the entire service.

Clients under the age of 18 are prohibited from using Summa Health Wellness Center amenities (sauna, steam rooms, whirlpool).
Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Falling Waters Spa. Gratuities are not included in any services and are left at your discretion. Gratuities cannot be processed through our register on a credit card, debit card, check or on gift cards. Envelopes are supplied at the front desk.
Gift cards must be presented at check-in. Falling Waters Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online.
