Is CenteringPregnancy® Right for Me?

At times, pregnancy can be overwhelming when you consider all you have to do to prepare for your little one’s arrival. Group support may help individuals feel accepted and supported by their peers. This could in turn increase their ability to cope and thrive during pregnancy. Pregnant individuals with additional social or health needs may benefit most from group programs.

CenteringPregnancy® and CenteringParenting® programs are evidence-based models of prenatal and postpartum care designed to bring patients out of typical office exam rooms and into a comfortable group setting.

Spend a few minutes with the following quiz to help you understand if CenteringPregnancy is right for you.
