Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Participant

In addition to our own internal patient satisfaction measurement, we also participate in the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS program) which allows for public comparison of patient satisfaction rates across the state and nation. This data is available here: http://www.medicare.gov/hospitalcompare/search.html
