The work draws from her observations of natural environments in Utah and Ohio, capturing the subtle transitions in form, texture, and time that often go unnoticed. Slice brings an energized yet contemplative presence to the healing space, inviting viewers to pause and reconnect with the world around them.

About the Artist

Sarah Esposito is an artist whose work reflects her deep engagement with landscape, memory, and the fleeting moments found within natural environments. Her paintings often emerge from field observations, sketches, and photographs collected during her travels, particularly in the striking terrain of Utah and the familiar ecosystems of Ohio. She considers how elements of nature continually change whether or not humans are there to witness them, and she uses her practice to illuminate these quiet, often overlooked transformations.

Her recent accomplishments include her first solo exhibition, Into the Syncline, at KINK Contemporary in Cleveland’s Waterloo Arts District. She has also shown work in Shapes of Abstraction at Context Fine Art at 78th Street Studios and in Two Neighbors, a collaborative exhibition at The Ohio State University’s Urban Art Space in Columbus. She describes these opportunities as meaningful milestones that have helped broaden the reach of her work.
