Whether you have a few extra minutes or simply want to stretch your legs, the Summa Health Indoor Lifestyle Loop offers a simple and safe way for patients, visitors and employees to stay active – rain or shine, day or night – on our Akron Campus. This one-mile indoor walking path is clearly marked and includes gentle exercise stations along the way.

Steps for Success:

  • The loop officially begins and ends in the main lobby of the Summa Health Dr. Gary B. and Pamela S. Williams Tower, but you can join in at any point along the way.
  • Seven stations are located throughout the route, each featuring easy stretching exercises – designed for all ages and abilities – to support flexibility and circulation.
  • Don’t forget to celebrate your progress! Snap a selfie at the final station (near the main entrance) and share your accomplishment with #SummaIndoorLifestyleLoop.
