Post Graduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency

Requirements for Acceptance

  • PharmD. or BS in pharmacy from an Accredited College or School of Pharmacy
  • Eligibility for Ohio Licensure
  • Eligibility for employment at Summa (including background check, drug & nicotine screening)

Application Procedures

A detailed letter of intent, three letters of recommendation, college transcripts and curriculum vitae should be submitted to PhORCAS no later than January 1st. Applicants will be notified of the interview status within 15 business days of application dateline. Postgraduate Year Two (PGY2) Ambulatory Care Residency

Requirements for Acceptance

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy
  • Satisfactory completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
  • Eligibility for Ohio Licensure
  • Eligibility for employment at Summa Health System (including background check, drug and nicotine screening)

  • Eligibility for Ohio Licensure
  • Eligibility for employment at Summa Health System (including background check, drug and nicotine screening)
