Orthopedic Rehab & Therapy

Your recovery is important to us. Our orthopedic specialists and care team coordinate your care with Summa’s physical therapists, occupational therapists and athletic trainers to develop a recovery plan to help you reach your goals.

Our orthopedic specialists may prescribe prehab, which may include rehabilitation, strengthening, education, and training to use crutches and walkers before your surgery. This may be done with physical therapists or athletic trainers.
