Pulmonary Meet the Team

Meet the Pulmonary Team

The Summa Health pulmonary medicine team closely collaborates with experts in nearly every specialty to deliver effective patient-centered care. This multidisciplinary approach helps develop an individualized treatment plan based on a full range of options, comprehensive evaluations, an accurate diagnosis, and your personal concerns and treatment goals.

What’s more, Summa Health patient navigators assist patients, families and caregivers in “navigating” their journey to help ensure timely and quality care. Involved from the first finding through diagnostic testing, treatment and follow-up, our experienced navigators:

  • Respond to questions and help you communicate with the care team.
  • Explain the rationale behind planned treatments.
  • Coordinate care across the healthcare continuum, including scheduling appointments, tests and consultations.
  • Provide assistance in overcoming any barriers to care.
