With Summa Health since 2020, Dan Kirk serves as a certified athletic trainer for the Barberton School District. His special interests include late-stage rehab, community health and human movement.

Dan earned a Bachelor’s of Science in athletic training from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, and a Master of Science in athletic training in advanced clinical practice from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA.

Born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ, Dan currently lives in Akron, OH, with his fiancée, two dogs, cat and bird. He is a self-taught musician/producer, active in local bands, and drummer of 20 years. He also is owner and operator of Human Collective Studios.
