Da'Von Aaron provides comprehensive athletic training coverage at Rootstown High School, delivering personalized care tailored to the evolving health needs of student-athletes. He works closely with leadership and medical directors to coordinate outreach initiatives and ensure seamless integration of services across departments. His role focuses on promoting health, safety, and peak performance through education, injury prevention, and community engagement.

A Cleveland, OH, native, Da'Von earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Franklin University. He is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Certified Orthotic Prosthetic Examiner (OPE-C) through the National Board for Certification in Orthopedic Specialties.

Outside of Summa Health, Da'Von enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
