Summa Foundation Board of Directors welcomes Goodyear marketing executive

Summa Foundation began the new year by welcoming Meg Lee to its board of directors. Mrs. Lee is head of marketing for company-owned entities at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In that capacity, she is the marketing leader for Goodyear’s online and retail stores, as well as its innovative mobile tire installation service. Mrs. Lee joined Goodyear in July 2020 after 13 years of leadership at Norwegian Cruise Line, most recently as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.

Mrs. Lee has a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and World Literature from the University of California at Los Angeles. She moved to Akron over the summer with her husband, Corey Lee, and their son and daughter. They all have enjoyed exploring the spectacular Cuyahoga National Park together since arriving this summer.

Over her career, Mrs. Lee has served on multiple boards of nonprofit organizations. She is a member of the Summa Foundation Circle of Women’s Health Philanthropists, a group of professional women with a mission to improve the health of women in the Akron region.

As a member of the Summa Foundation board, which has oversight of all philanthropic efforts across the health system, Mrs. Lee joins other caring community members to support patient care, research and medical education at Summa Health.
